How to Make a Deposit to Your ForexTime (FXTM) Account

  1. Please click on the “My Money” section on the left side of your MyFXTM menu. You will see a drop-down menu. Select “Deposit Funds”.
  2. Please select NETELLER from the deposit methods.
  3. In the form that opens, please select a trading account from the “Deposit to Account” drop-down menu. Select the currency of your choice in the "Deposit Currency” section and enter the amount you are willing to deposit.
  4. Fill in your NETELLER email address and your residential address.
  5. When all required fields are filled in, click the “Confirm” button.
  6. Once you have checked that all your information is correct, click "Submit".
  7. You will be redirected to NETELLER’s page where you will be requested to select your country and log in to your NETELLER account.
  8. A pop-up notification will appear requesting you to Authenticate your account. Please choose one of the two options provided, either via Mobile phone or via Email and Secure ID.
  9. Please enter the code received on the selected device in order to complete your payment.
  10. You can view your deposit status in the “Transaction History” section of MyFXTM. The status of your transfer should be "Processing". Once the deposit has been credited to your trading account, the status in MyFXTM will change to "Funds deposited to the account".

Important Information

  1. You may only make a deposit from your own NETELLER eWallet.
  2. No third party payments will be accepted.
  3. The name and email address on your NETELLER account must match the name and email address on your trading account. If your NETELLER email address is different from the email address that you registered with FXTM, please add this information to "Your Details" in MyFXTM.
  4. If a NETELLER transaction is made in a currency that is not supported (please check the table above for supported currencies), your deposit will be converted to the supported currency of your choice. Please note that NETELLER may charge a conversion fee. In the event that your trading account and deposit are denominated in different currencies, the transaction will be subject to conversion and charges may apply as per the Conversion rates (login required) in MyFXTM.
  5. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is 5 EUR (or the equivalent – see the table above for supported currencies). The maximum deposit amount is 10,000 EUR (or the equivalent – see the table above for supported currencies) per transaction.
  6. FXTM does not charge any commission for deposits made via NETELLER.
  7. If your deposit is successful, it will be credited to your trading account. There may be a delay in the event that NETELLER and/or FXTM are unable to verify your information.

How to withdraw funds from your ForexTime (FXTM) account

  1. Please click on the “My Money” section on the left side of your MyFXTM menu. You will see a drop-down menu. Select “Withdraw Funds”.
  2. Please select NETELLER as your withdrawal method.
  3. In the form that opens, please select a trading account from the “Withdraw from Account” drop-down menu. Please select a currency under the “Transfer Currency” section. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the “Sum to be Withdrawn” field.
  4. Carefully check all the fields that need to be completed. Fill them in and click "Confirm".
  5. You will then receive a payment password via SMS or via email to the email address you have registered in MyFXTM. Enter this password in the required field and click "Submit".
  6. You can view your withdrawal status in the “Transaction History” section of MyFXTM.

Important Information

  1. Funds cannot be withdrawn to third party accounts.
  2. Withdrawals can only be made to the same NETELLER account that was used to deposit funds.
  3. To withdraw funds via NETELLER, you must have deposited funds using the same method.
  4. There is no minimum withdrawal amount per transaction. The maximum withdrawal amount is 10,000 EUR (or the equivalent – see the table above for supported currencies) per transaction.
  5. The withdrawal fee will be subtracted from the withdrawal amount.
  6. Please check that you have adequate free margin in your account to cover the withdrawal amount. If your free margin is insufficient, you will have to close any open positions.
  7. Trading profits can be withdrawn using NETELLER as long as the funds are being withdrawn to the same NETELLER account that was used to fund your trading account. Profits can also be withdrawn by bank wire, but we require a bank statement confirming the account holder's name, which must be identical to the name that you provided when you registered with FXTM.
